This painting was created to represent the zen harmonic balance of life. It’s a piece of the windswept coast of California that will bring this wonderful feeling into your home. When Peter first started this painting, he really didn’t have a direction. He just let the brush explore inches without control. But as it’s character emerged, he realized there was a Ying-Yang balance of values. For every light area there was an equal opposite dark area. Neither could flourish without the other. He decided to fully embrace this idea and created this wonderful piece.
